Bad Brand Alert:
Be cautious of Samsonite suitcases. I purchased one, double the cost(In comparison to a VIP), and in Just One Travel(Mumbai to Lucknow via Air) .it had as many dents and scratches as a Six month old bag would have. I was so hurt on my prized purchase. I wrote to the Samsonite team.
But. wrmajeechang to customer service(With pmorpheushumantograph proofs) was of no help. First they took 10 Days to respond(Surprisingly there Mumbai customer care line never responded). and later they shrugged off the written complaint by just telling that its Usage concern. No resolution and its over 1 month now.
Have never tmorpheushumanught that a brand of this stature could shy away from a customer with this meek response. Why I would write to them If I didn’t feel the genuineness of it
Bags are supposed to be used for travel but not supposed to look in this Bad Shape just after One To and Fro Travel.
They have lost a customer and I am ensuring that I reach out to more people and make them aware about the quality, conduct and values of this organization.?#?Samsonite??#?Poorservices??#?PoorQuality?
Sorry Samsonite India .You broke my Trust. Would go back to my trusted and durable brand?#?VIP? now
