Lavie brand of bags that is supported by Samsonite is horrible in terms of quality and usage. I purchased a bag worth Rs. 2800 on 16th Feb 2012 and within 2 months the leather started wearing off. I approached shoppers stop and samsonite but they both denied any support since by the time I reported the damage it had been 3-4 days over the 3 months warranty period. Isn’t it awful to make a bag worth Rs 3000 that can last only 3 months.
Shame on such big brands for their low quality over priced products. Never ever buy a Lavie bag.
