Review -
I purchased this product on 23rd April and found worst cooling and huge noise in outdoor as well as indoor units.
6 Engineers visited in first 3 days to install and fix the issues but failed and forwarded for replacement, 5 days are over no one came to uninstall and pack it for replacement. Samsung is clueless what to do. My case will be out to media and public through my NGO
I purchased it from Reliance Digital and as of now Samsung and Reliance are not able decide when they will pick this dead on arrival product.
I will not recommend anyone to buy Samsung AC, they are not making these Acs.
Samsung AC have sticker putted seems these are made by some other company and they put their stickers on it.
Further Product overall quality is very bad and noisy.
If you buy it and found faulty, you have no choice then crying like me
