Been using the Oven for past 1 year. This is 28L model, white one
Functions: Offers Microwave, convection and Grill options and combinations of those. Also provides predefined cooking menu options ( defrost, chicken grill etc), but hardly used these. Do note that these arent magic functions, except they have preset temperature and time setting, which youll easily learn through experience ( & experiment!). Controls are in a touch panel. ( Though aesthetic, I personally like the simple knobs for their replacement would always be cheaper than these electronic panels!).
Comes with (Steel) grillplate , but havent used those.
Have primarily used for reheating stuff and baking cakes. Cakes using convection takes roughly 35-40 mins on average and is uniformly cooked. Have found no issues on this front.
Grill functionality can be used to give the extra browning effect you need on top of the cakes.
When using convection and Grill, make sure your top of the oven is clear of things. It gets heated up really high to melt any cover sheets you put on this. This doesnt happen when using microwave though. In all, do not keep any stuff on top of the over and keep the surroundings in airy places. Do not attempt to place the oven in those jazzy kitchen cabinets.
Freebies: From the freebies offered ( plastic utensils) found only one container to be useful. Also got a a egg-beater/whisker stuff ( china make) which was a seasonal offer then
Maintenance: Was easy. I dont clean it much often. But whenever I clean, its pretty easy as all the surfaces are non-sticky. ( next model, comes with steam cleaning option)
Power Consumption: Definitely sucks a lot ( 1800 Watt rating), but since your usage is few mins max a day, there isnt visible hike in your bills
Purchase: Didnt find any issues in purchase. The demo guy came few days later, but we already started using it
Customer Support: Havent got any issues so far, hey, thats a positive sign :-)
Price: Dont remember the price I paid. Was decent and comparable with other makes.

To Summarize, definitely a reliable product you can go for. Value for money definitely

Wanted to share some microwave usage patterns I observed ( my exp and other friends/families)
Most people use only for reheating. So you need only the timer control
Cooking recipe options - Rarely youll use it. So dont keep this as a buying criteria. Even with out these options youll learn or any cooking recipe ( in net or books), would have the temp setting and timer settings required
Dont think you can boil Rice/Dal etc - Takes 200-300% more that what it takes in pressure cooker. Cooking Pulav, Biriyani etc are fancy stuff which isnt practical. Only an no-experience-modern-newly-wed-wife might try this!
Dont fall for the freebies: For short term it looks profitable, but the products they give are cheap stuff (china makes) which on long run arent useful. Dont get influenced by this parameter
Update ( Jan 2012)
----------------------------
Couple months back, it started showing error code of E5 (or 5E) whenever I use for baking cake (say after 10 mins). Behavior was little erratic, with microwave option working sometimes and stops other times.
Called Service guy, who peeled the control panel sheet and cleaned it up thoroughly and stuck it back and problem got resolved. Per him, usually moisture and grease can get in [oil grease is known issue in my kitchen and can see them settle in fridge tops, windows etc] causing this issue and this cleaning helps. I was lucky for this cleaning to resolve issue while some customer have to replace the panel board itself ( its a 50-50 chance as the service technician told)
