Today I write this email to share my uncles problem regarding their Samsung TV. Two days ago they contact me and say this problem. I will show step by step conversation
On Date 10-10-2016 My Uncle(Mr.Pravin Patil) purchase Samsung your Samsung LED TV bearing Model No.(UA43K5300ARMXL), bearing serial #(0A4Z3ZEH902376L) from very popular store from Pune
On Date 21-12-2016 my uncle his family watching TV till midnight 12.15Am and after that they switch off the button. But at morning when they try to turn on it that time TV don’t switch on. This time they visited Radhika Sales Corporation Nigdi, Pune and put his problem that time they told "Please tell your problem to Samsung Customer Care and their officer".
My uncle wrote an Email to Samsung Officer regarding Samsung LED TV. After that they email and wrote "This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Bluetooth Headset” Actual we make complaint about Samsung TV and they reply with Samsung Bluetooth Headset.

In this email they say “we request you to bear with our efforts to serve you better by allowing us to repair your unit on a chargeable basis. As such the total cost of repair would be Rs. 19000 approx.”
Actually This Samsung TV is only 2 months old and they apply repairer cost on consumer
Samsung engineer also come to house and they have check it, they saying this is physical damage case so you have to pay 19000 as a repaired cost but actual my uncles Samsung TV is in Good condition without any single scratch on it. There is absolutely no damage done from our side, Display suddenly stopped working. I doubt the manufacturing quality of the TV.
Picture/Sound Quality
The picture quality of this Samsung TV is good and I personal like it.The screen colour contrast and pixel density is fine.Sound quality is also good for small room.
I think if this type problem is arrive that time it is not value for money
Service and Support
The worst service and support from Samsung! Attention to buyers.And after this situation we all family members decided to dont buy any samsung products in future.
