I bought this model from one of the reliance digital store(Bangalore, inside Brookfield mall) since I wanted replace my 15 years Whirlpool refrigerator. Actually I went to this store keeping in my mind to Whirlpool(since the old was working fine without any problem for last 15 years), but the sales person there convinced me to by Samsung fridge as the best brand. Got convinced and made a mistake. After 5 months, the fridge stopped working i.e cooling is gone and the freezer was masking huge noise. Registered a complaint with Reliance and the technicians visited multiple times and I was told the problem with the gas blockage. They replaced some parts and filled the gas 2 times and even then no result and then I was told the coil has to be replaced. They logged a complaint with Samsung and their investigation is still on way after 10 days of reporting the issue. I requested for a replacement or extended warranty if they are going to repair the fridge since after multiple repairs within 5 months, how long the fridge is going to last . However they just want to repair since it doesn’t matter to them or impact them. The customer like us suffer because we pay our hard earned money to buy such lousy product. I escalated to CEO level at Reliance Digital, but they are of no use except doing unethical business. Yet to hear from Samsung higher ups. So please make your decision wisely while buying Samsung fridge. Choice is yours as Money is yours. Now onwards at least I have made a decision NO to Samsung and NO to Reliance Digital.
