I have bought Samsung f5100 32 inch led tv in july, 2014. But my 32 inch Samsung LED TV got black out completely within 18 months.
Engineer from Samsung service center visited and gave an estimate of Rs 16000, according to him panel was damaged.
This is what we are getting from such a big brand? we are losing our hard earned money by going with Samsung. I strongly recommend everyone never buy any Samsung product. they are just there to earn money, that’s it. Poor service, higher visit charges of Rs 600+ St makes it most unwanted product. Beware.
