Don’t go for brands like Samsung. Disgusted with their product and customer service. My father an elderly person bought a LED 32inches FH4003 from ’New Berco’ in Dwarka, Delhi on 4th Nov 2015. Before that he had a LCD. From day 1 there was clarity issue in the TV.
The picture is never clear. We were told by the Samsung technition that it is because of the connection problem(though we have Airtel DTH connection).
So we called Airtel guys they confirmed their connection is absolutely fine. I wanted to ckeck the clarity my self so played a blue ray movie through pendrive and the problem eixted. I called up samsung customer care, their engineer came over and told that this is the maximum clarity we can get.(which is very strange coz I payed the same pendrive on my toshiba LCD, which gives much clear picture, so according to them LCD is better than LED though it should be other way round.
The engineer who came over however agreed their is a voice issue in the set. So he himself gave me the option of repairing or replacing the set. For which we obviously agreed for replacement. But no replacement till date only calls from customer care asking if they can send the engineer to fix the problem. Initially I disagreed as I did not want my new TV to be repaired but finally agreed as they said it is a small problem. But my problem of clarity is till unsolved. so please be aware any one planning to buy samsung.
