This is for all "Samsung LED TV lovers", I’m quoting Samsung LED TV lovers as I would like to share the pain and hussel I been through. This all started when last month when I had brought new Samsung 32 J4003 HD ready LED TV.
I actually went with features mentioned in by the Vijay Sales in Kalyan by the sales person.
I felt it is great product initially, but when the TV was installed on my wall I was very much disappointed by the feature which was not told to me.
Believe me this LED TV has most of normal features but has very disappointed sound quality.
The Video quality is not good, as well as it does not have extra USB slot, plus it does have the VGA pin slot to connect my desktop or laptop.
I called Vijay sales and asked to give me refund however it is under process.
Hope this should not happen with anyone.
