I brought this samsung led tv few days ago. Let me talk about some major pros of this led tv
The tv which brought was HD according to samsung but when the tv installed at my home I saw the picture quality that was like as same as my old tv neither hd nor good in quality.
But they mentioned on the cover & in manual too that tv is hd fraud.
Secondly if I talk about sound quality so that is ok ok but we can’t it best because it good till the sound of tv is near 30 but when it exceeds beyond 30 it start buffering sound or pathatic sound.as my tv was under warrenty period so I tried to replace my tv ( i.e for video & sound issue) since they gave me 30 days replacement time but I called to samsung customer care they told me that they will not replace my product & when I asked them 2-3 times reason that why you are not replacing it since my is in replacement so they started misbehaving with me ( like abusive language)
So, now I have wasted my 20, 000₹ & in buying that pathatic tv.which is a complete wastage of money.
From that day I have decided that I will never buy the product of samsung .
