We have 2 of these LED TVs for both our homes and it is a reliable television. Only 1 of them had 1 issue once and we called the customer service and their mechanic came and fixed some minor issue.
Overall, we never faced any major issues with the TV sets.
We bought the 2 sets within a gap of 1 year and both cost around Rs. 26, 000 each.
Features
The best feature I liked is the ability to insert USB drive. But it doesnt read all types of files. There are some limitations. I think a more advanced TV will be required to run USB flawlessly.
Picture quality is good but you need to have HD cable connection to get best quality. Otherwise, the images look a little pixelated because everything gets stretched. We have videocon d2h and I am thinking of upgrading it to HD version.
Fitting the TV on wall was easy. The installation guy comes and they fix themselves without charging anything. But when I had to move one TV to my other home, I installed myself.
Sound is a bit of a concern. If you increase the sound too high, it starts vibrating and resonating. So you have to reduce the sound. The bass quality is not good. I remember how in the old days videocon or some other company had released a Bazooka technology for sound. It was great for bass and high quality sound.:)
Since we bought it a few years ago and because technology is growing at such a fast pace, it is worthwhile to go for the latest TV. this Samsung 32 inch is no longer that advanced.
But overall, it is reliable and just Ok.
