Dear all, We had been using Videocon semi automatic machine for a long time. There weren’t much issues. But due to tear and wear, we thought of changing it. So we went for Samsung Fully Automatic Washing Machine. Since we were very much impressed with the features explained during our showroom visit, we selected it. Later after buying we started to face many issues. The first issue was that about the detergent powder not getting dispensed properly from its tray. We had to manually do it every occassion. Next thing was about frequent error messages. We called upon the service center and made a complaint. Though they came and visited, the problem was repeatedly occuring. Another problem was about its high power consumption. Even though it is meant for upto 6.5 kgs of clothes, it doesn’t have that much power to wash even 4 kgs properly. The display panel also got damaged very quickly. I realised my mistake very late. Still I wanted to share this since I don’t want other people to get bullied by their false features marketing.
