What pathetic service - do not pick calls - technician does not even visit and assumes he needs spare parts without checking the machine - and then those spare parts they say will take a week to arrive - actually entire Samsung customer service Is pathetic - their numbers dont even work - you call washing machine department and it goes to tv or mobile department - and their customer care people are unprofessional and repetitive and sometimes downright stupid - I dont know how a multinational is struggling in the Human Resources and service aspect - I think I will shift to another company now
