I bought this refrigerator in September 2017. But from the last 15 days its unfortunate for me that I have paid lakh of rupees for this refrigerator now the freezer section is not working properly everything I put in freezer is melting and the other section is not giving proper cooling because of that there is a lot of wastage of our food and money. When I tried to contact customer care and even I visited Croma store from where I purchased this refrigerator
they send the technicians which even don’t know whats the exact problem with refrigerator. And from last 15 days they told there is there is a oxygen valve problem and they need to replace it.But still its not done from 10 days I am waiting for there response and today when I called them they told that the valve which they got it defective form the company itself and they still want 5 days more to do this.
