I had purchased the side by side door fridge about 5-6 months back and it is already having cooling issues. The Samsung technician doesnt seem to be competent and despite repeated visits has not been able to diagnose the problem. Everyday he says a different thing. The worst was when he told me that this is the first time Im using such a fridge and probably dont know how to use it! I just didnt know how to respond. Do we need a crash course on how to use a fridge? My earlier fridge of a different brand served me for decades without any problem. Please do not buy Samsung refrigerator. Very poor quality. Im planning to go to the consumer court.d
