I am writing a genuine review here on Samsung side by side door fridge RS72R5011SL.
Samsung is manufacturing the most inferior quality of refrigerators. I bought this fridge just 6 months ago and it stopped cooling. Their technicians found the issue of gas leakage. In my life I never found any refrigerator stopped working in just 6 months. In the extreme heat weather in delhi we didn’t had any option and struggled with samsung india management teams for replacement . But they asked me to buy AMC at additional price of Rs 5000 approx per year. This clearly indicates the strategy of samsung .. sell inferior quality of products at high costs and then charge additional AMC.
Their quality and service for refrigerators is worst. Never buy any Samsung refrigerator.
