After buying the samsung front load were too happy initially. But later after 1year the drum which rotates broke. we contacted the Samsung person. They said it will cost 8000/- rubbish. we decided to give to the junk yard and buy a new one.
From then I know there is nothing like brand value. our trust is broken, Samsung tells its washing machine lasts longer and longer.but to the contrary. So don’t go buy brand go buy performance.
