We had brought a samsung fridge . And its not been a year completed it started showing problems (cooling problem, there is a crack in fridge also) .
Our fridge is in guarentee period but still we are not getting any real response from samsung.
We are tired from repair service again and again.Now we want our fridge to replace as it is in guarentee period but Samsung is not doing anything about that. That are continuously saying that "they are working on our process" , but in reality..they are not doing anything.
They are making us fool
We are cheated by Samsung.
I want to warn everyone that dont purchase anything from Samsung as their service is worst.
