My 6 year old Samsung fridge stopped cooling. I received no reasons but a complete denial of service(compressor still in warranty). I was offered scrap value even though fridge should last 15-20 years. The CEO’s office told me multiple times on a recorded call that Samsung can last 1 year 1 day also. Does’t have to last 15 years. My suggestion - buy a brand whose CEO believes the products will last.
