Unethical practices by Samsung

Since my product is not listed on this site I have used this code. I purchased a


Samsung 1.5 Ton AR18JV5HATQNNA Inverter Split Air Conditioner (White) less than two years back. It has been giving trouble since then. The service team waited for the warranty to expire before they came to repair it and then presented a huge bill. After much complaints to the CEO it was resolved. The AC again broke down in the next season. I had it repaired. Again this season in April it just stopped working. I had the part replace for 10000. It still did not work. They told me another part worth same amount has to be changed. When I complained to the customer care. The service center people called me and abused me. They have since then started harassment They come sit around for 2 hrs and temporally repair the ac and go. AC stops working on Two days. I have to lodge another complaint. AC not working since April with no permanent solution from the company.
