We bought a samsung 1.0 ton Ac, for our home, where my room is very small though 1.5 ton is far enough.
in order to have fast cooling we took a 1.0 ton samsung, at samsung appliances show room in chennai, chromepet. he deliverd the product by evening. after 2days he installed the product and I had 1 year warrenty. for 1 year we found no problem. the cooling was absolutely good.
after a year we found major problem. that compressor fails to run and there’ll be no cooling, though the ac runs and power supplies 2 de ac though. we have 2 den power off the ac and turn after 5~10mins.
we called a service engineer from samsung and he cleaned everything and he said some problem with a small part which would cost around 350 and he charged 500 extra for service. and that day my ac worked properly and from the next day I certainly have prob, no cooling itself and the cooling won’t spread over the room if it runs. though there’s no cooling it’ll still show temperature like 20 deg~ 19 deg and so.
so poor quality.
I bought the machine for 22000 with 1500 for stabilizer and 1500 for installation charges.
samsung products are really bad bad bad.
pls don’t go with it.
LG is far better.
Samsung only pretends 2 be like a good product in outlets but after 1 year the service is poor and the machine goes worthless friends.
