Samsung Service Sucks!

I really wish Mouth Shut was an action based forum! The Samsung Service team has really got me so ticked off that I’m doing everything to inform whoever I can **NOT TO OPT FOR A SAMSUNG AC!


I bought a 1 ton split AC on the 18th of April from the NEXT showroom in T-Nagar Chennai and to my surprise they guys delivered it right away. They asked me to contact the Samsung Customer care number and ask for an installation. I did so and was once again pleasantly surprised when the installation guys landed up the very next day. But that alas was the end of the good times! The AC worked well for two days and then **JUST STOPPED WORKING!! Probably a faulty installation or an internal defect. We called Samsung Customer care(30308282) and were immediately connected to a very robotic customer care executive. They went throught the formalities and informed us that we would receive a call from their engineer within the next two hours. FIVE DAYS LATER we are still waiting for the call! We’ve been in touch with the painfully predictable customer care centre EVERY DAY since the AC stopped working, but the response has always been the same! A robitic voice says, "We understand your concern and we regret the inconvenience caused." Oh man! That’s just so irritating! Are the call centre people pre-programmed?!


This is indeed the WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! If a product can not provide timely service then that product is doomed to fail. I hope that happens to Samsung! They deserve it!
