Don’t buy Samsung AC, it is the worst. Samsung has the worst customer service. So people if you don’t want to regret don’t buy Samsung products.
At the time of this hot weather I am facing too much problems with Samsung AC. Customer care is misguiding us from the last 4 weeks to repair my AC. Your local dealer doesn’t even have the manners to talk to the customer, he is saying whatever you want to do just do it I will not do it.
Our AC has gas leakage and your rude people are just misguiding us and giving time to come everyday and nobody turns up. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service.
