Before 2 years now its going horrible to use it. Actually It’s not AC it’s a Heater. Actually Samsung use aluminium Condenser instead of copper and it will become damaged after two years as compare with others. and also have some gas leakage problems too. Also their customer service is too poor than others. I had wait till 1 week for Installation for AC.It sound system and quality are not good but the ac does not remove my sweat quality.It gives me some trouble for few times.I’ll not recommend for this air conditioner
