On 12/3/2016 I bought a new Samsung AC after making full payment at Reliance Digital outlet at Marthahalli, Bangalore.
The AC was delivered on 14/3/2016 and Installation was done on 17/03/2016 evening, After 5 Days of taking payment.
AC is faulty and doesn’t work
No Demo was provided
Installation is shabby and there people have left the wires and pipes loose and hanging
Drilled 2 random holes in the wall and didnot use one of the hole
Copper pipes are not covered with Insulation.
Inspite of repeated calls and mails to helpline, as on 21st March Iam still waiting for them to make it work of return my money. Will not give up and keep chasing to get back hard earned money by all means.
Anyone who buys from reliance digital be careful to satisfy on all above points before making payments.
