I’ll begin with "I like Samsung products" especially their LCD TV’s and their mobile phones. Ever since we had this aircon, we don’t feel cold enough to chill even at maximum setting.This airconditioner seems lacking in cooling power and now almost 1 year since we got this Samsung, its getting noisier than usual. It should be silent as it is only 11 months old and only use when its really hot and humid.
I think Samsung needs to improve on their airconditioner products as we are not satisfied with the one we have. Maybe we’ll go with another brand the next time we buy an airconditioner.
