Oh yeah, its been 2 years now I think since I bought it and I still remember surfing MS before buying or deciding to buy a AC . Actually although I am writing a review on this model , I even checked MS while making decisions in buying AC’s for my office . And even in there I opted for Samsung .
I can safely say that I am COOL with it :D
We use a Window AC in our office and I use this AC in my home . I would say that I have found it troublesome ( touchwood). Till date I have had one problem with them i.e. of a starter , which I got changed . And some of my friends feel that since this model only cools down to 18C , it is not worth it , I am more moderate and I feel quite at ease at that temperature and do not need a 16C to make me feel at North Pole :)
As regards the Electricity bills at my home. Yes I have heard that the Hitachi AC’s have some feature which helps lowering the mohtly bill , which probably would have been helpful but the time I purchased this , the 12.5K as against the Hitachi 19K seemed more worthwhile to me .
