I purchased this 1 Ton window AC in the year 2011. As this was the branded from Samsung I thought this product would be a good product. But this worked well for 3 years and started giving problems like the touch buttons in the AC malfunctioning, it was not operative in the 1st attempt. Then the AC started to stop in the middle. I called the service centre but it was not that co-operative. While the AC is on it is very noisy. The AC intermittently stops working, even the infared sensor do not work, the green light also do not glow then the remote do not work. Very dissaponted. I purchased this AC from Vijay sales in Mira rd.
