Defective Products and Very Poor service centres

Very poor product and service support by samsung is very pathetic. I bought this phone in April this year and the battery doesn’t last more than 1 day despite normal talk time of around 30-40 minutes a day. Samsung service centre kept my phone 3 times each time more than 8-10 days and when returned told problem is resolved but it worked same with battery lasted not even 1 complete day.at last I had to give it to my maid.as I can’t keep a phone like this.Service is so pathetic that I never experienced like this before.Till date I would have bought 8-10 nokia phones, sony erricson, panasonic, motorola and never found their products defective. Samsung was first time and found product defective and which they could not even repair.


So my Recommendation in India don’t even think of Buying SAMSUNG Mobiles..Their service centre people say we get 100 of mobiles in warranty per day so how could we return your phone in 1 or 2 days.So you could imagine their QUALITY.
