I have purchased Split AC on 14 March 2010. Performance was good during the starting days. Later I faced a linkage problem(gas link in external unit). I have registered a compliant for service at Samsung service centre. After that I was remainding them daily for 10 -20 times to get the service from their technician. Every evening I get a call from service centre giving me the false reasons for not sending the technicians.
It was really pathetic and every night I see my daughter struggling to sleep since the temperature at Hyderabad reached 42 - 45 degree Centi. Everyday I call them and no reason people at service centre give us the same shameless answer that " Tomorrow my service person will come to your house that too at first hour". I dont understand what is the first hour means. They dont have any turn around time to fix a problem. However they know to collect Rs. 450 during their first visit.
I Prefer to teach them a lesson or will file a case in consumer court.
Lessons Learnt: Dont buy or refer Samsung products.
