Id be very greatful if this email that I have written below could reach the highest authority at Samsung......Even the Asia Pacific head would do.

Dear Whoever at Samsung, I want to express my extreme disapproval and disappointment of your CRM at Samsung. I really dont know what you guys make of a customers dire needs when they are really in requirement of your help. I have been contacting the Sai agency you guys have outsourced your CRM to and let me tell you that your whole team over there are a bunch of "IDIOTS" who have absolutely no idea about commitment to the customer.
I have no patience left to try and narrate a whole story on mail. But I just want you guys to know that we are going to aggressively campaign to whomsoever we have influences to about how horrible the Samsung product is as well as its service. I would probably go out of my way to narrate my experiences on Mouthshut.com and every consumer site available. With regards to your product - I believed I was the proud owner of an aircondition which is more like a bloody Discondition.
It has no ability to combat the humidity in the area we live in and konks of by leaking out the gas every 3 months. We were assured by your service team that it would be taken care of....but hey then I wouldnt be writing this mail at this unearthly hour of 3 30 am. Moreover there is absolutely no professionalism in the agency....after requesting them to appoint a time convenient to those Kings and Highnesses, they still come up and call you abruptly when you are not ready for them and then expect you to let them service your AC. Its not possible.
They make you take a contract which is a highly stupid one....which involves 2 DRY services which are completely BULLSHIT and 1 wet service. When I ask them to perform the wet service....they say they cant do it now...and it shall be done LAST!! After speaking to the highest possible authority in the agency and after his assurance also there has been no service done to our aircondition. Lastly you guys have not given any email id on which feedback can be given.....I believe there is no better way of telling a customer how you do not want to hear from them. Please take a day off to try and dial it yourself and cross your fingers to get lucky OR take the next day off!!!!!!! Believe me I can write more but I really hope this is going to some department at samsung...as I have taken a very lucky shot in trying to email you guys based on the commonality of customer feedback email ids. As there is no email id provided by you. In your service feedback for reasons for poor service please also include the choice "ALL OF THE ABOVE" also. A completely dejected customer.....
