This is our first ac. After a lot of research, finaly I select this AC. Actualy I’ve decided to buy a 3 star AC from LG. But after doing a lot of research I found that this Samsung AC is priced around 6000/- rupees less than the LG AC. So I decided to get this one.
Next day evening time Samsung people came to my home. As it was a offer of free instalation, they did it freely. Their behaviour was very good and they were co operative. They checked the AC in our room and with conformation they left.
Now lets talk about the AC. My room size is 14×12 foot which is also the top floor of our home. So for that reason a AC of 1.5 ton is next to impossible to chill the room. But as it was an Inverter AC, it usualy chills the room with in 10 minutes. Some times during night it feels like it is not cooling, but its ok. There is no problem.
This AC comes with an excellent mode as single user. This mode is very good and useful during night and when very few people present during the day time. It makes the AC runs in 1 ton power giving an avrage cooling inside the room.
One day we found that our AC is not cooling the room. So we register a complain in Samsung help line. And next day they send 2 persons. They Checked and found that the gas has been leacked. So they refill the GAS. As our AC is on warrenty, so they did it absolut freely.
Now lastly lets talk about its electric consumption. During the hot summer when I was using it more than 4 hours in day time and 8 hours in night, I was having an electric bill of 1800/- rupees and after the summer, using 4/5 hours a day, I am getting 1200/- to 1500/- rupees electric bill.
So from my side it is a recomend.
