I bought Samsung C3200 Monte Bar and it is a good budget phone. It costed by INR 4100. It has 2 MP camera, FM recording, bluetooth messenger and support memory card till 8GB. It has good design and is easy to use. It is available in only one color which is a drawback.
At this price this is one of very few phones which offer 2 MP camera, though I am not aware of any other phone but their might exist a phone which I am not aware of. It has 3.5 mm jack for headset which is a plus as in most of the Samsung phones in this range the headset and charger is connected through same point.
