It works fine, but creates noise (ZNNNNNNNNNNNNNN), called service, came their people several times, couldnt rectify, every time the guy opened it, tried to do something but failed, now they want to take it factory to rectify.
Is it expected from a HIGH Brand, high priced product? Surely NO
Although their people come whenever I call but its really annoying to stay someone for the service guy everytime. What the guy said thats more surprising, he said usually there is a insulation material layer inside the case, which is missing in my product. I dont what kind of TQM is maintained in Samsung production facility, or they dump the lower quality products in India?
