1.Severe software problem.(Cases of sudden Radio and alarm ON at 12:00am night)
2.Extremely slow internet on mobile.
3.Most importantly, it does not work as a Modem, so, no internet on pc even, by using SAMSUNG GTE 2652 kies.
4.Poor capacitive touch screen-delayed response.
5.Dirty graphics.
6.Sound quality satisfactory.
7.Camera – satisfactory.
8.Battery back-up poor.
9.Hangs if a video of more than 5 MB is played on mobile.
It is not worth using, so don’t go for it. Instead, purchase a handset of any other local brand viz. Micromax, Lemon, Fly, Karbon, etc. available in a price range of 2500-3500 with the same features that is with SAMSUNG GTE 2652 the cost of which is Rs. 4250.
Before purchasing any handset of Samsung, please go through their specifications and user reviews very carefully. It is a common occurence that a Samsung handset lacks one of the very basic feature(Modem), that is supposed to be present in a handset of 4000 price range. Samsung basically mislead and cheat the people very smartly, just like their bogus smartphones, which are publisized to be smart.
Nokia is always best among all with respect to price, features, satisfaction and services.

This is yet another drawback of Samsung GTE 2652: You can’t use any mobile banking applications(imobile, SBI Freedom, Ngpay, Atom, etc.) on your Samsung GTE 2652 because it does not support them. The On-screen keypad for feeding PIN or Password does not open when the application demands for feeding PIN and password. Moreover, if the page is long, it does not even scroll down because the? key does not work. On asking from the Samsung Customer care they had a silly and most pity excuse “ We are sorry Sir, it does not support any third party application”.
So, basically the Samsung GTE 2652 is a great piece of scrape for dumping in garbage. I have already, detailed its other basic drawbacks in my previous post. So friends, never go for Samsung mobiles. It’s better to have Lemon, Lava, Karbon, micromax, Fly, Orpat or any china made mobile set. Samsung is good manufacturer of TV, Refrigerators, Microwave, etc….as far as mobile phones or tablets are concerned it’s a JOKAR…making phones to be dumped and spitted. The licenses of these guys should be banned for cheating people and producing Sub-standard Mobiles.
