Bought this product in nov 2011. Though this is an excellent product I feel samsung is cheating customers by overpricing the components. We replaced its system board and button panel on 2013 for Rs.300 as the oven failed to power on. We had issue with the microwave again this week and after servicing they said you have to change the system board and key panel. price they have quoted for this is Rs. 2700+ taxes+ service charge of Rs. 300.(approx.
Rs 3600). What I wonder is how can the price of the same component rise 10 times over a period of 2 years. is there a way we can know it. Same components will not be available in the market as it is sold through the authorized service center only.
