Poor product and very poor customer service

I purchased Samsung Corby PRO Mobile Model B5310 on 15 April 2010. After using for few days I realized that its battery is not running for more than 7-8 hours in a day. I walked in to Noida Samsung Service centre the engineer made some settings and asked to use and check for few days. Despite those settings battery backup did not improved. I again visited the above service centre in 1st week of June and they asked me to leave the mobile for 3-4 days so that they can get it checked.


Today on 14th June after 7-8 days when I called the service centre they told it is still not repaired and asked me to call after 5-6 days. I never imagined that Samsung services can be so poor, time consuming and pathetic. It’s a new phone under warranty and does it take to repair so many days?? I never had such experience from other vendors who if under warranty phones provides backup phone if it takes more than 24 hours to repair.


Moreover when I contacted Samsung Customer Care No. 011- 30308282 the person has no clues to provide support to customers facing issues against services. When I asked them to provide some Samsung customer care Head they didn’t provided.
