I bought a Samsung Corby Pro the other day. People had given me good reviews for the product but truly poor reviews on the company.
yet, I went ahead. and here is what I realised happened.
I bought it from Spice store, all was well here.
I used it first night and then put it on charge the first night and it conked off.
I tried everything possible to revive it, nothing happened.
I called the customer care and they asked me to take it to them which is not possible for my busy life for no fault of mine, and nobody comes to pick up.
Finding time we managed to go on a sunday afternoon to spice Noida and they did not have the samsung service center details nor were they willing to replace unless I had the outer box which unfortunately I have discarded but retained the bill and all the accessories in the inner orange box.So today I am phone less, 10000rs less and sad that I trusted Samsung.
