I bought this phone about two months ago. I am very pleased with the product, it provides ease of use with a great user interface. The QWERTY keypad also adds to the experience, I find that a lot of keypads are too fine for my fingers but I have had no problems what so ever with this keypad.

The touch-screen is quite responsive but I feel that you need to press quite hard when using the edge of the screen and especially in the corners. I think that it is a shame that Samsung did not supply a stylus with the phone, the handwriting recognition is almost impossible to use without one. I was pleased to see that a screen protector was supplied with the phone, already attached, although in my haste when unpacking the phone I removed it and disregarded it as a thin plastic film protector for transit protection.

I was pleased with the quality of the camera but feel that the overall functionality of the phone would of been improved with a flash, even just an LED light. The WiFi is very useful but does drain the battery quickly, although this is also found with an iPhone. The GPS is quite hard to use straight out of the box unless you are going to buy separate software as only Google Maps is supplied which is almost useless when driving as only a list of directions is given rather and a walkthrough. When walking this may be a better feature but I have not been able to test the feature on foot.

The overall battery life is not great when connected to a 3G network, which nowadays is most of the time. Speaker quality is better than most phones of similar price range.
