People...Samsung is cheating on its customers..I bought a 46 in LED smart tv on Nov 6 th via Reliance digital..For 1.24 lacs..A galaxy tab is also apart of free gift..for that deal..The showroom man promised that the galaxy tab will be home delivered...within 20 days of purchase..till now I haven’t got it..
If I call customer care..they ask me to send the invoice to their ceo link id..if I send..they say its not clear..i was never told..all this procedures before buying this tv.. else I would’ve chosen some other brand..
Just by promising a fake gift..they have sold the tv..Samsung is a cheap customer care co..like a Korean..they also take Indians money...
Pl share anyone if you have undergone this kind of ordeal.
