I Don’t Know whether The service Team of Samsung India gets the salary or Not, Forget it this is non of our business. What a Consumer Wants is if he is Investing his hard earned money in anything he wants the worth of the product. but it seems nothing is working with Samsung Electronics.
I have been following these People with a complaint for last 15 days and the Guys from service team is not addressing my complaint Even they are not ready to respond.
I just don’t Understand what kind of services are they offering to customer, these peoples are relay irresponsible someone from customer care had given me the complaint number which is just useless.
