Hi friends, I purchased Samsung Double Door Refrigerator RT28FAJYASA.I want to share my experience about Samsung double door refrigerator.The color of the refrigerator is maroon color, the style, and design of Samsung refrigerator is excellent.I am not satisfied with the performance of refrigerator.since 6 months I don’t have any problem with Samsung refrigerator, after 6months the cooling effect completely getting down.Among all the brands Samsung is the best brand what bi believed but after purchased this product I am not agreed with my point.There is a continuous gas leakage problem, I called to customer service they came and solve the problem, they charged us rs.1500 for repairing that refrigerator.the support of the customer is good but the same problem arising continuously.
friends, my suggestion is those who want to buy the refrigerator, please don’t buy this Samsung double door, try some other brands.Except this gas problem remaining all the features are good.
