Would like to first commend Samsung for a good product - gave 8 years of service. Cleaning was easy, freezer worked well all through for 7 years.
The last 1 year was painful - least to say - was very disappointed with the service. I have made calls 5 times in the past 1 month (Aug 1st, 2011 to Sep 2, 2011) and very annoyed to say that no one called back nor came to my residence to fix the issue. I had heard that the Samsung service network (I am from bangalore) is bad - it’s indeed true
Beware of the following issues: There is a timer which wont work after 5 years, the coolant also stopped working ’completely’
