My complaint no. 8433293655 - is the third one in last one month for the same problem - the cooling is not taking place at all.
Every-time the complaint is forwarded to color trak - the service franchisee at Navi Mumbai - whose engineers are too busy to attend it. after a frustrating wait, when they do turn up, the parts are not available - which means another visit and another wait for 1-2 days. More frustrating is the fact that the same problem is occurring repeatedly, in spite of their changing the timer
Pls guys, can you not do something about it.Why cant the engineer visit the same day with proper parts and get it fixed? and why cant he fix it once for good.Moreover, why do you not have any complaint escalation system in place? pls pls pls wake up and get it done.
