I always held high regard for Samsung as a brand but that had definitely changed with my recent dealings with Samsung!
On Saturday 27 September 2014 morning I called Samsung customer care for an issue with my fridge.

I was told that someone would call me before 8 that day to fix my refrigerator.
Saturday passed Sunday passed and so did Monday morning and I didnt get any call
So I called customer care again
I was given a phone number to get in touch with the service body directly. I called three times no-one picked up
Do I called customer care again and was given another number
This new number that I called said oh yes madam ill call you back in half n hour and I should be at your home by 2-3pm
needless to say in half n hour and ever since this mans phone is off
After this I began to loose my cool. I call customer care again and say can you give me the number of a service body that will actually show up and Im given the same 3 numbers again
I said these are the same numbers and that these are no use to me and that she was clearly not listening.She huffs and puffs and then cuts the call.
BRILLIANT.
Firstly Samsung assumes its my job to run behind the service guys and hope and pray they show up. pathetic.Then you dont even have proper customer care etiquette. Clearly I was very wrong about Samsung and found out just in time
before furnishing my new house
Highly disappointing
will not be recommending Samsung to anybody
