I am using this mobile from past 6 months. However, when I read few reviews they have mentioned that this phone is worth. I am not sure why my phone is in that condition. Issues I am facing with this mobile:
poor network-coverage is very poor
Software adaptability-Iam unable to save my video recordings on my PC.
Sometime it hangs
Call automatically disconnects.
Poor Customer service
Inspite of servicing still I am facing same problem. Believe me I was waiting in samsung service center for more than 4 Hours, just to report for my service. Even to collect I wasted more than 3 hours. They did not deliever the phone on time which was mentioned on the delievery note. Infact I paid 7100 bucks as I bought this mobile in the beginning (when they launched in the market)
My advice will be always buy a phone which is user friendly and it should (the brand)should have easy access to service center and which gives customer satisfaction.
