Bought Samsung A10 from Dialog Axiata a month back but it given a disappointing & a terrible experience. Taking too much of time for downloading from Play store, Facebook and even too much delay on both loading and playing You-tube videos.
Play store: it took too much of time for downloading Viber / Whatzap , etc. Sometimes, it loaded till lijke 68% , 98% and then no more there onward at all.
Facebook: same scenario; even the "comments"are not loading but keep on blinking without appearing it's texts.
You-tube : same as above; it's take too much of time for loading even, in most of the times. Some time, videos getting starting to play as normal but start buffering after playing 10% - 30% and no more after that at all.
I have check about this in different locations where the signal strength was around -85dbm, -90dbm and -105dbm. Also, I have compared this with an older model of Samsung, Galaxy J2( 2016) , which is my wife's phone; but, it is working really faster in the same places.
Dialog Axiata confirmed that, this is not a problem of there network and/or setting( it should be true as, Samsung J2-2916 is working properly in the same places but, not Samsung A10 ? ). So, they already replaced my phone to an another brand new Samsung A10 but, still the same scenario. Therefore, I do strongly believe, this is a Product error or an error of this particular series.
