I despise this phone. I have small hands, it is very heavy to me. I can only text with one hand, as the "slippery eel" must be held in the other. I experience fatigue, and pain at times from holding it. I’ve inquired with a company who makes/sales cases with a "strap" to go around one finger, to inquire if they were planning to add such a case to their line. No reply, but they do cover Samsung phones...just not the A20. Let’s mention the ABSOLUTE lack of quality in ALL calls. I can’t hear the caller and they can’t hear me. It’s a continuous break up. If I happen to be wearing glasses when I answer, the phone gets even squrillier. (one pair is light weight metal frame, the other pair light weight plastic frame). Oh, and the phone doesn’t like my face close to it, either. I’ve previously owned Android phones, that have worked exceptionally well, but none were Samsung. The only good things I have to credit this phone with is good photos and great color in pictures/displays. Not the two most important things to buy a phone for. If this phone were paid for in full, I would absolutley take a hammer to it. Note the sales associate selected this for me when I convinced them I wasn’t interested in an iPhone (much too pricey).
