According to Samsung’s tweet, the event will be livestreamed for the fans. It does not seem to be a media event, which means that Samsung could just do an online launch for the new phones. It is nothing new for the brand as previously it did launch a few devices in the A-series online including the Galaxy A10, A30, and the A50. The image in the teaser seems to hint at three smartphones, which could be a subtle hint that we will get to see three devices launching on April 10.
There have been quite a few reports about the Galaxy A90; it is rumored that the phone will feature a 48MP sensor in the rear camera setup. It is also likely that Samsung could pitch the Galaxy A90 as a gaming phone, this speculation sprouted after the phone was spotted under the list of “Ultimate Gaming Devices” on Samsung’s US website. Besides, in contrast to previous reports, Samsung will be launching the Galaxy A90 globally instead of limiting it to China. The phone will be launched in Silver, Black, and Gold color options. It will feature 128GB of onboard storage and 6GB/8GB of RAM.
