Hello Everyone, My name is Sahil Rai and today I am giving a review about Samsung Galaxy A20. So lets start I am hearing many peoples Samsung manufacturing best phones ever but personally I never use it. So actually I need a smartphone and my friend also suggest me to buy Samsung Galaxy A20. So I agree with my friend suggestion and I buy it from the market. I bought this smartphone approximately 13500 with 2 year warranty. So I am very happy to became a Samsung user but after using this phone something’s is very bad in this phone regarding calling structure. When I make a call to anyone first of all it disconnect itself and next time I dialing the phone is hanging. So I explained my mind its ok little bit problem is having every company smartphone. So after 3 to 4 months they gives software update of their phone and in this update they said we fix some bugs. So I think now the calling function working after this update. But this is not happen what I think, Calling problem still goes on and new problem arises which is battery problem. Yes Now my battery downs like we count from 1 to 100. For example when battery is 25% then it drops into 0% with in just 5 seconds. I bought this smartphone and its specifications is 3GB RAM and 32GB memory and its storage is expendable up to 512 GB, 4000MAH battery, 13MP+ 5MP rare Camera and 8MP front camera, 6, 4 Inc HD Display. Actually I also saying one more thing you also know 32GB storage is very less so I insert 64GB external memory card for expend my memory but after inserting this smart phone showing hanging problem. Company saying you can insert up to 512GB but it doesn’t support 64 GB. Also External memory card is also a Samsung . I am saying every one please don’t buy this product.
